Random Thursday Thoughts and 31 Days (Day 4)

It's Friday Eve Lovelies!!

Luckily this week has FLOWN by!!

It needed to b/c this weekend needs to get here ASAP!!

This weeks Random Thursday is about Pet Peeves-

I'll be honest- if I don't like you blog quick- I move on!

Which is why I want to make mine so inviting for people to stay!!

But here's a few things that really irk me!!

1) CAPTCHAS!!!

Don't make my comment even harder to leave.

I will only try once, then POOF! I'm gone!

2) NO PICTURES

I'm not saying EVERY post has to have a picture, but I'm not going searching at blogs to read that make me feel like I'm reading a novel. Throw a cute/funny picture in there!

Otherwise- you lose me!

3) AUTOPLAY MUSIC

If I wanted to hear music, I would listen to Pandora- oh wait, I usually am!!

4) FOLLOW ME!!

Honey- if you blog entices me- I'm gonna follow you!

Not just b/c you told me to!

In fact, I'm the type of person- you tell me to do something, I'm probably gonna do the opposite!!

OK- enough of my rants... some thoughts I'm having!

~I CAN NOT WAIT FOR SATURDAY!!!

How many times have I said that this week?!

This weekend is going to be epic!!

~I am ECSTATIC about my new job!!

What a blessing this is!!

I'm so grateful to a team that's supported me!!

~I am loving Skinny Jeans and Heels!

I feel pretty!!

(Not something I'm use to feeling)

~The Presidential Debate!

I'm not even going there!

All I will say is everyone keeps posting things about the presidential nominees...

I'm just like look at that tree- that's a nice tree!!

Happy Hump Day!!

It's one of those "can't wipe the smile off my face" kinda days!!

I got super, awesome amazing news yesterday and I can finally share!!!

I GOT A PROMOTION!!!

Without going into all the details b/c not all can be shared, after 3 years of working with my team-
I am officially a government employee as of 10/22/12!!

This is such an honor and I've worked very hard for it!

The first thing I thought of was this man:

I hope you are looking down and smiling Papa!!

I'll be thinking of you on my first day!

So What if it's still 2 days away... I'm LOVING that I get to spend the weekend in Cola!!

So What if it's going to be a tough game... I'm LOVING my Gamecocks and believe we can pull off a W!

So What if it's a lil short... I'm LOVING my outfit for Saturday!

So What if I'm combining some posts... I'm LOVING these 31 Days of my Favorite Sayings

I found this fitting today. Knowing I was chosen for something bigger than I can imagine!

I would have NEVER thought this was the path my life would take- but I wouldn't change it for the world!!

Back on track!

I found this one today and thought what beautiful words and so true for what I want out of life and who I end up with!!

This was from a great book I read this summer called Thoughtless. 

This is exactly what I want in the person I date. I want to be their all, their #1, their everything.

They will in turn be mine!

I want that kind of love and I'm not gonna settle for anything less! :-)

How true is that??

We can't control all the things that happen to us in this life, in fact, we can't control a LOT of things.

But we can control how we respond.

Speaking of- I need your help!

Outfit choice!!

I'm debating between this dress (1) and skirt and shirt (2)

Each have pros and cons...

#1- I like, this is my gameday dress and I spent a pretty penny on it!

My issues- We're playing a team that's colors are red and black and we are garnet and black!

I can't be looking like I'm pullin for GA!

Also, it's pretty fancy... do I want to be in it for 12+ hours??

#2- simple skirt and shirt- which I also like! It's a little more casual and won't give me as many tan lines!!

My issues- length!! Is this skirt too short?? My roomie's opinion was "as long as you're comfortable" which I am- but I also don't wanna look like a hooch!!

OK Readers- what's your vote???
