Now for my six things:

1. I hate fighting and arguing. So much that I physically react in arguements. My heart begins to race and I get overheated because I hate fighting. I have been known to cry also. I would much rather talk it out that shout and scream.

2. I LOVE watching re-runs and info-mercials. I could and have watched episodes of Full House, Sex and the City, America's Next Top Model, etc. and I love seeing infor-mercials I have seen before and think about how I could use them.

3. When I cook, especially cookies, I at times pretend I'm on a cooking show explaining how to cook something. (I'm usually Rachel Ray or Paula Dean in case you're wondering).

4. I pretend like I am so cool and confident, but at times am very insecure. Not cool and confident like I'm the "Queen Bee" (brownie points for knowing the movie), but like I am confident and don't really care what people think. But the truth is... I do get very worried that people will like me and I need reassurance that people are happy with me as a person.

5. I have been in college for six years now. I am one year away from graduating. But I would be happy working in a daycare for the rest of my life. Not one like the first I worked in, but a child development center. I love 3 and 4 year olds and seeing them learn things for the first time. They are so precious.

6. I feel myself getting older. I find myself saying "why is she wearing that? that is just inappropriate!" and thinking that these little girls need to be wearing more clothes and be more respectful! It's sad really!

Happy Birthday Mom!!!

Today is my mother's birthday. I want to wish her a wonderful and happy birthday! She is my rock, my strength, and my friend. I have seen her go through so much the past two years and I have seen her become such a strong woman. I feel so lucky to have her for my mother. Thank you for always being there and giving unconditional love. I love you moma! Happy Birthday!!!

Ya know, I never realized just how blessed I am until it almost hits you right in the face. I don't have lots of money, I don't have lots of expensive clothes and I don't have a brand new car, but I am one lucky girl. I sat at Christmas Eve service tonight and realized that my life is no where near what I thought it would be. I never thought my parents would divorce, I never thought I would be in school at 23, and living with my mom still-but I am so lucky. I have the most wonderful family. I am not including the word friends, because my friends so often surpass as friends and I consider them my family. My "biological" family is absolutely wonderful. I have the sweetest, kindest, most loving family a girl could ask for. And my extended family is so wonderful, I feel like God chose them especially for me. I was born an only child and now have these women that I love like sisters. Elizabeth, Christina and even little Emily. I couldn't be luckier. I thank God every day for what he does for me.

Pure Romance

Last night I hopped in Christina's "truck" with Elizabeth and we headed to St. Stephens to a Pure Romance party. SOO much fun! Nothing like bonding over lubricants, oils and toys! Here's some pictures!!
